You may return items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as you received them.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Candles that have been burned or used
  • Gift cards

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  • Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.

4. Shipping Costs

At Deya, we are pleased to offer FREE return shipping labels for orders placed within the UK. If you need to return a product, simply contact our customer service team, and we will provide you with a return shipping label at no cost to you.
For our international customers, please note that return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos to assess the issue and will work with you to resolve it promptly.

7. Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
