Refund and Returns Policy

Returns within the UK
Returns on unwanted or unused items, 28 days from date of receipt.

If you have other reasons for return, please contact our Customer Care Department. If accepted, Deya will pay return postage.

If your product was purchased from one of our stockist partners, please contact them directly to discuss exchange or return policies.

Deya is also happy to exchange unused items in their original condition.

Once placed, you have up to 14 days to cancel orders.
Refunds will be issued within 5 to 8 working days, via the original payment method.
