In April this year Deya were successful in winning another 2 year contract to deliver the BT Phone Book.
Ian Maynard, Deya’s Chief Operations Officer commented: “This award continues an unbroken working relationship of 30 years with BT, and is reflective of the excellent quality of service and value for money Deya consistently provides.”
The contract award represents an increase of over 30% in the volume of units Deya will deliver for BT, rising from 3 million books a year to just over 4 million.
For a number of years Deya’s Phone Book delivery operation has been concentrated in London, but the new contract involves distribution throughout the country, and Deya’s ability to cover all postcodes in the UK was a decisive factor in BT’s decision.
